Wing UK is looking to work with Suppliers who want to focus on offering their Customers a fantastic buying experience but outsource the delivery and/or aftercare to Wing UK. This partnership allows each Company to focus on their core skills with the ultimate beneficiary being the Customer.

Working with Wing UK is a clear message to your Customers that your Company is committed to aftercare whether it is helpful, friendly advice, servicing or repair.

As an Approved Supplier you will have committed to the following:

• Supply products which are manufactured by a well established reputable Manufacturer
• Supply products where the Manufacturer holds a sufficient supply of spare parts in the UK to ensure your Customers receive the right level of aftercare
• Supply products which have appropriate UK technical support including certified product training
• Make available and recommend to each Customer a "white glove delivery service" which covers installation, full demonstration, road test where applicable, product care and the removal and recycling of all packaging.
• Make financial provision to ensure each Customer's manufacturer's warranty is underwritten through Wing UK's insurance backed first year labour scheme. This means each Customer is fully protected in any eventuality in respect of call out, labour and spare parts during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
• All Pre-Owned Products are decontaminated to minimise the risk of cross infection

Wing UK believe in reciprocal business and look to recommend its Approved Suppliers through all channels available. Wing UK does not supply any products which may be deemed a conflict of interest with your own business and always ensure your Customers remain your Customers with its commitment to data protection.
